A licensed architect in Virginia, Blair currently serves as President of S.L. Williamson Company, Inc., a third-generation asphalt paving and road construction company based in Charlottesville and founded in 1949. Blair is also managing director of RoadStone Productions, LLC and co-owner of Magpie Knits, a full-service yarn, needlepoint, and monogramming store, located in Downtown Charlottesville.

Jennifer is a partner and the Chief Executive Officer of Hantzmon Wiebel. She joined the firm in 1997, and before becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2017, served as the firm's Chief Operating Officer for 10 years. She is a co-partner-in-charge of employee benefit plan audit practice. In addition, she works with high-net-worth individuals and a variety of their businesses, including providing advice on human resource matters and strategic planning issues. Jennifer also serves on the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce.

Kimberly is the President and Executive Director of the Martha Jefferson Hospital Foundation, a position she has held since December 2019. In this role, she leads community engagement, fundraising, community benefit, and volunteer services. She has served in past executive roles at the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the Montpelier Foundation, the Focused Ultrasound Foundation, and the UVA Darden School of Business. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, financial management, fundraising and communications. Kimberly also serves on the board of the Charlottesville Free Clinic and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville.

Deb is Director, Finance for Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital and Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital. She is Treasurer of the Martha Jefferson Hospital Foundation.

Earl is Senior Corporate Vice President and Chief Legal Services with Sentara Health.

Jess heads the development team for NewCastle Development Group, a multi-family development firm based in Charlottesville. He is lead on land acquisitions, entitlements and project planning for all of NewCastle’s development opportunities. Jess is a native of Charlottesville and spent time in Nashville and Chicago before returning to his hometown, where he lives with his wife and two daughters.

Bernie is the president of Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital. With more than three decades of experience as a senior executive with healthcare systems nationwide, he has deep expertise in the areas of acute care, ambulatory care, facilities planning, and capital management. Bernie is a fourth-generation health care provider. He is married to Dorothy M. French, also a physician, and has three adult children.

Jim is a Hematologist Oncology physician at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hematology and Medical Oncology Associates and has been practicing medicine for over 24 years. He is highly rated in 31 conditions with top areas of expertise in Familial Colorectal Cancer, Thrombocytopenia, Inflammatory Breast Cancer, and Breast Cancer.

A Registered Pharmacist, Erik spent most of his professional career with Merck and Co., Inc. in various positions including sales/marketing management, and clinical research and development after obtaining his M.B.A. from William and Mary. Upon his retirement from Merck, Erik assumed the role of Managing Partner of Truett Real Estate Investments, LLC and ECT Properties, LLC where he is responsible for all aspects of the real estate business including property management, residential/commercial development, land management, solar and timber operations.

Betsy taught high school biology and middle school science for over 20 years, retiring in 1995. She was a volunteer at INOVA Fairfax Hospital for 23 years and served on their Auxiliary Board. For the past twelve years she has been an active member of The Women’s Committee of Martha Jefferson Hospital. Since 2013, Betsy and husband Jim have been residents of Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge.

With a background in finance, working both nationally and internationally, Janemarie is a long-time member of the Martha Jefferson Hospital Foundation. She and her husband Don were Charter Parents of the Chicago City Day School from its beginning and continue to be involved in its progress as well as supporting scholarships for nurses and the children of Marine Corp and Navy Corpsmen veterans.

Lindsay was a Physical Therapist, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, worked clinically at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, and then as adjunct faculty at the University of Maryland School of Physical Therapy. Lindsay is also a grateful patient of SMJH and established an endowment, the Marshall Make A Difference Fund, to assist in recognizing Respiratory Therapists who were previously not recognized, and helps enhance the continuing education for SMJH Respiratory Therapists.

Jim has served in the financial services industry for over 20 years and established the Miller Financial Group in 2010. Prior to that, he played professional basketball and then coached at the collegiate level immediately after graduating from the University of Virginia. Jim is the founder and current committee chair for the ever-popular annual Jimmy Miller Bracket Breakfast event. Jim also currently serves as the radio analyst for the Virginia Men's Basketball Team.

Karen is a UVA Law general faculty member and director of its Graduate Legal Writing Program. Her past professional experience includes serving as outside counsel for Duke University, including Duke’s Medical Center, and as an appellate attorney for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Her past board experience includes serving as vice chair of St. Anne's-Belfield School Board and chair of the school's Legal and Policy Committee, board chair of Planned Parenthood South Atlantic and chair of its Development Committee, and membership chair of the Contemporary Club of Albemarle. Karen currently serves as a board member and vice-chair-elect of The Women’s Initiative. Karen lives with her husband, Wistar, and has two children both in their 20s.

Kathy is a retired attorney. After obtaining her undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Virginia, she practiced law in Washington for 34 years. She was a partner with King & Spalding LLP, where her practice included product liability, mass tort and environmental litigation, regulatory advice, and crisis management on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. Kathy worked with medical, technical and scientific experts in more than 30 different disciplines and served in a number of leadership and management roles within the multi-national law firm. Since retiring to Charlottesville, Kathy has been active in various community activities, including chairing the Board of Madison House, which is the UVA student volunteer center. She currently serves on the Board of Child Health Partnership and as the Charlottesville Regional Selection Committee chair for the Jefferson Scholars Foundation at UVA.

Alan is originally from the New York suburbs and has resided in Charlottesville for 28 years. He founded an importing company in New York and has traveled to over 100 countries. After graduating from UVA, Alan was elected President of the UVA Alumni Association. He and an alumna then founded The College of Arts & Sciences Foundation where he was also elected President. His interests include golf, his German Shepherd, cruises, biking, guitar and numerous charities. Alan's wife Sally passed away in 2024. He spends his time in Palm Beach County, Florida for half the year.

With a background in psychology, Beth worked for many years at the New York Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health Center, focusing on patient research and behavior therapy intervention with patients identified as having schizophrenia or dual diagnosis. After many years at home with her children, she then served as the Co-Executive Director of the Virginia Discovery Museum for 6 years. Beth is currently employed as a short-term rental property manager while running her own fitness business. Beth also supports the Women’s Committee of Martha Jefferson Hospital as its chair.

Cynthia along with her husband Jim established CBS Rentals, a property management and real estate development company in 1979 which they still own and manage. As a native and life-long resident of Charlottesville, Cynthia has used her expertise and business acumen to advocate for the Charlottesville community and is President of The Stultz Foundation. She has served on the boards of the Charlottesville Free Clinic, and the Martha Jefferson Hospital Foundation from 2010-2013, and was past President of the Ronald McDonald House and of the Piedmont Virginia Community College Educational Foundation Board. In 2022, she received the Piedmont Virginia Community College Medallion of which only 15 have been awarded in over 50 years. She has a particularly long history with Martha Jefferson Hospital having been born here.

Gordon is President of a second-generation family-owned business, Tiger Fuel. Versatile, entrepreneurial, and passionate about people and growth, Gordon manages a well-diversified portfolio of business units, including fuel distribution, gourmet-to-go convenience stores, state-of-the-art car washes, wholesale fuel operations, solar epc, and a robust package of real estate developments. Former fly-fishing guide in Wyoming and currently serving as a Big in Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Blue Ridge, Gordon is dedicated to giving back to the communities that we serve.

After graduating from college, Nancy worked for Albemarle County Department of Social Services for 13+ years. As a Charlottesville native and very familiar with the area, she then became a Realtor and is now a referral Realtor with Howard Hanna Roy Wheeler Realty. She volunteers with the Piedmont Master Gardeners, N.E.S.T. (Network for Endangered Sea Turtles) at the Outer Banks of North Carolina and is a member of the Albemarle Garden Club. Nancy is also a member of the "C-ville Flutes" flute ensemble.
