Family and professional caregivers — and all community members — are warmly invited to join us for an evening of relaxation and renewal. Step away from the demands of daily life for a FREE, restorative session of meditation and sound therapy.
Soothing sounds and gentle vibrations will guide you toward a deeper sense of calm, while shared space fosters connection and belonging.

No need to register! Bring your own yoga mat/blankets for your comfort.
