Child Health Partnership

What happens in the first five years of a child’s life sets the course for what’s to come. That’s why Sentara Cares grant funding makes possible child and family health supports through the Child Health Partnership. Nurses provide at-home support to partner families, offering medical care, information, and access to resources. In 2023, the Child Health Partnership helped more than 350 children grow up strong through access to complex medical and dental care, parenting support, and essential day-to-day services.
