Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is truly fortunate to have more than 300 community members volunteering to support every aspect of our operation, from welcoming visitors, to working in the gift shop, to supporting patients and families.

To start the process, complete our brief application to let us know your interests and skills. We'll evaluate our current hospital needs and find a place for you. We'll also prepare you for your new role with a thorough hospital orientation.
